Ever want to interact with your TV? Like hit it with a shoe when your football team chokes? What if you could hit it with a virtual shoe? Or toss a virtual pie or water balloon at a crook or despicable politician? Maybe you could project a cartoon balloon, to put words in the mouths of show characters or news figures. Add a mustache or toupe. Erase parts of an image. Or put your own picture up there in a scene. OK, sounds childish and juvenile, which is fine by me, but what about mature and positive images? Possibilities: An arrow to point out something on a replay … a virtual magnifying glass … a calculator that could demonstrate a little math … clapping hands or a salute … copy an image from one show into another … Then, of course, with enough capabilities, you could use dueling remotes to create a virtual game.
